Our client is looking for a seasoned Manager, Paid Display to lead our programmatic display advertising efforts. This full-time role will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid display campaigns across platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk. As the key specialist in this channel, you will manage everything from campaign builds and testing to performance analysis and platform innovation, ensuring our advertising delivers measurable impact at scale.
You will collaborate closely with media strategists, analytics teams, and creative partners to develop audience-first buying strategies that maximize reach and efficiency while maintaining brand safety and measurement rigor. Your expertise will help accelerate campaign turnaround times and streamline operations to support enterprise subscription growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end programmatic paid display and video channel strategy, execution, and optimization
- Design and manage audience segmentation, creative rotation, and budget pacing
- Develop rigorous testing roadmaps to enhance performance across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and placements
- Collaborate with media strategy and analytics teams to build high-performing creative assets and execute testing plans such as A/B tests and conversion lift studies
- Maintain vendor and platform relationships to stay ahead of industry trends and new testing opportunities
- Provide internal consultation on channel best practices and creative insights
- Continuously analyze performance data against key metrics (e.g., CVR, CPA) to optimize campaigns effectively
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7 years managing paid display campaigns at scale in agency or in-house settings
- Minimum2 years experience in performance marketing
- Deep expertise with Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360, CM360) or The Trade Desk with proven success
- Strong knowledge of ad servers such as CM360
- Experience applying project management best practices to deliver error-free campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to meet ROAS, CPA, or CPI goals
- Comprehensive understanding of audience targeting, creative optimization, and platform features
