Job descriptionCreative Ad Agency is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
-Client Communications: Work directly with the clients. Engage with multiple players within the company to ensure deadlines are achieved and key elements are included in all marketing efforts.
-Coordinate and implement in-store and digital executions as needed for the client.
-Execute on assigned events; attend events, represent our clients, and generate content while on-site.
-Maintain deliverable lists and timelines with creative team --Support growth marketing tactics on in-store and digital platforms
-Start and own projects, working alongside Marketing Director as needed
-Report monthly KPI metrics
-Coordinate product strategy on all touch points - Social, email/SMS; Video; App tiles
Skills and Qualifications:
-Experience managing client relationships
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills
-Fluent in Spanish, while not required, is a plus
-Computer skills, including word processors and spreadsheet software.
-Ability to think creatively when producing promotional material and helping prepare for events
-Ability to explain products and concepts clearly and concisely to clients
-Access to transportation to travel to and from client stores and offices
**Must be able to come into the DTLA office 5x a week**
