Marketing Insights Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze brand tracking data to deliver insights on Company and competitor brand health, brand perceptions, customer satisfaction and purchase behavior
- Partner and collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development and Sales teams on consumer product testing
- Gather supporting documentation and input
- Support the development of primary quantitative research including methodology selection, questionnaire design, programming, fielding, analysis, and reporting
- Assist with voice of the customer initiatives, ad hoc projects, research vendor selection and vendor management as needed
Marketing Insights Analyst Qualifications:
- 2+ years of marketing insights experience
- Market Research experience- analyzing web content
- Any retail / commerce experience is a huge plus.
