Title: Marketing Leader (Level Range: Director – CMO)

Location: New York, NY (onsite)

We’re looking for a high-impact Marketing Leader capable of elevating brand storytelling, driving PR and social strategy, and leading integrated marketing across all consumer touchpoints. The role is flexible and may range from Director level to CMO-caliber, depending on the strength and seniority of the candidate.

  • Build PR momentum and increase earned media visibility
  • Strengthen storytelling across campaigns, retail, and digital experiences
  • Accelerate social media innovation (IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms)
  • Optimize the marketing budget for impact and ROI
  • Ensure marketing programs support wholesale, e?commerce, and retail performance
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team

Candidate Requirements

  • 7+ years in brand marketing within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or culturally relevant consumer brands
  • Strong PR background and/or agency leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in integrated marketing and social media
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets
  • Demonstrated cross-functional partnership across key business stakeholders
  • NYC-based or willing to be onsite in New York City
