Location: Boulder, CO (onsite 5 days a week required)
Salary: $70-85K DOE

The Marketing Manager will manage agency partnerships and marketing vendors while working closely with a small internal team to execute a wide range of marketing initiatives (i.e. brand strategy, brand storytelling, digital/social content development, email marketing campaigns, direct mail, event and experiential marketing, etc.)

Ideal Marketing Manager candidates will have:
- At least 7+ years of experience as a brand manager, marketing manager, communications manager, or similar role and relevant work experience. 
- BA degree in marketing, communications, PR, or relevant field
- A consistently positive attitude, passion for teamwork/collaboration, and an entrepreneurial work ethic 
- Proven experience developing marketing strategy and annual marketing plans. 
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with an efficient approach to managing projects of varying complexity with urgency and timeliness. 
- Excellent verbal and written communicator and storyteller, including presentation and relationship building skills. 
- Curious problem-solver and a collaborative mindset and approach. 
- Familiarity with relevant systems and data such as Google/digital analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation, and social media management platforms. 
- A passion for connecting people to the purpose of a brand.
- Strong understanding of how to leverage the channels and tools at your disposal to achieve marketing goals.
- Understand the importance of purposeful communication and how it aids in building, activating, and maintaining relationships.
- Strong project manager who is energized by juggling priorities and running multiple projects in varying degrees of complexity at one time.
- Able to advocate for resources when needed and pursue success even under shifting circumstances.
- Keen eye for quality and detail and unafraid to encourage others to do the same.
- Exceptional written, oral, and visual communications skills.
- Curious, entrepreneurial professional who enjoys solving problems.
