Job description

24 Seven is hiring a DIRECT-HIRE Marketing Operations Manager to join a growing, innovative team at our client in the medical device field. This person will be the glue that holds all functions, platforms and processes within the Marketing Team together. The will serve as the product owner for the tools used and SME on how internal systems work. They will be the must-have resource in any project to ensure any new projects or systems are deployed in a sustainable way for long-term implementation.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Systems, Platforms and Integrations

  • Managing and continuously improving the marketing systems based on business needs
  • Defining and managing the enhancement roadmaps for existing marketing systems and platforms
  • Interpreting requirements from key stakeholders
  • Project management of support and maintenance of existing systems and integrations
  • SME on existing tools and architecture

 

Processes

  • Establishing, managing and optimizing repeatable marketing processes
  • Identifying tasks, timelines and owners necessary to achieve desired results
  • Identifying and communicating risks, and developing contingency plans
  • Taking ownership of global processes, including support, maintenance, documentation, enablement, and enhancement
  • Introduction and enhancement of process automation

 

Operations

  • Identifying and prioritizing issues through qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Work closely with Operations, IT, BI, Field and Training Teams to drive and enhance cross-function processes & manage key risk areas

 

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience; including operations, program/project management, technical implementations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing/Communications field or equivalent experience
  • Analytical skills with ability to turn data into insight are a must
  • Experience with standard project management methodologies and leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through deployment
  • Hands-on experience with implementing marketing technology
  • Must be a problem solver and be able to creatively recommend solutions to issues without a clear answer
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all types of people, both verbal and written
  • Expert in preparation and delivery of executive slides and presentations
  • Preferred experience working within government-enforced regulations such as HIPAA

 

Required proficiency with tools

  • Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Project Management tools
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud technology
  • Experience with BI and Analytics tools

 

 

Physical/Mental Demands

  • Corporate office environment
  • Occasional travel (5-15%)
