Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Retail Marketing Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and works effectively with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Project Manager will help drive campaign execution, support large-scale event coordination, and assist with ongoing marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing projects from kickoff through completion.
- Support campaign planning, scheduling, asset tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with large-scale event and promotional coordination, including high-visibility initiatives.
- Provide marketing support to internal partners and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain project timelines, status updates, and documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, trackers, and other project materials.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule with availability during standard business hours; occasional weekend support may be required.
Work Environment:
- Business casual dress code.
- Standard Monday through Friday business hours with flexibility between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Additional weekend availability may be needed based on project demands.
