Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Technical Program Manager to lead execution of large scale, high impact marketing campaigns for a leading technology client. This role supports in app marketing initiatives, driving campaign launches across chat and status surfaces.

Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science, this role owns end to end campaign execution with a strong focus on technical accuracy, operational rigor, and performance measurement.


Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Own end to end execution of technical marketing campaigns, from intake and planning through launch, QA, and performance analysis
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear technical plans, aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, and dependencies
  • Manage project plans, proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams

Campaign Execution

  • Hands on configuration of campaigns within internal tools (targeting, pacing, surfaces, assets)
  • Coordinate campaign approvals and launches with Engineering and Data Science
  • Ensure accurate tracking, telemetry, and measurement frameworks are in place
  • Document campaign setups, specs, and testing plans
  • Identify process and tooling improvements to increase speed to market

QA, Optimization & Reporting

  • Validate campaign setup, targeting, and performance through QA
  • Monitor live campaigns and support optimization efforts
  • Manage bug intake and triage during testing and launch
  • Analyze performance metrics and develop insights, summaries, and recommendations

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, marketing program management, or marketing operations
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross functional projects in fast paced environments
  • Hands on experience with marketing technology or campaign management platforms
  • Strong collaboration experience with engineering and data science teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Highly detail oriented with a proactive problem solving mindset
