Salary: $100-125K base + commission (OTE $150-200K+)


One of our Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising & Media clients is looking for am Media Sales Account Executive to join their team for an exciting full-time, fully remote role. 

This Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, negotiating and ensuring client success as it relates to sales for OOH Media with dominate visuals in a retail environment. 

The Account Executive should be comfortable in fast-paced remote environments, have a proactive and creative approach to their job, have a high internal need to succeed, experience building a book of business from scratch and have previous knowledge or experience with OOH media (ideally place-based experience). 


Ideal Account Executive candidates will have: 
- Proactive approach to prospecting, presentations, proposal drafting, negotiating/ closing deals and will ensure a prosperous relationship with clients.
- Knowledge of sales processes and best practices for working with CRMs & Sales Data.
- Proven experience of building a book of business from scratch in a small team environment and exceeding sales targets
- Must be a intelligent and clear communicator
- Strong skill sets in Microsoft Excel in regards to formatting, formulas and modeling.
- Must be tech-savvy user of multiple software skills
- Knowledge of business history & current events
- High degree of knowledge of US Geography and Maps.

Nice to have: 
- OOH media experience, ideally place-based experience.
- Ability to use reports and dashboards to track KPIs and have a data driven approach. 
- Have an always learning attitude toward future & technology information


Job Responsibilities: 

- Prospecting: 
- Create ideal client profiles and strategically identify target accounts
- Create, test and optimize messaging to appeal to prospects
- Organize outreach into thematic area and manage outbound activity sequences to contact prospects. 
- Manage multiple initiatives including cold outreach to large numbers of prospects, account-based sales to select high-value prospects and nurture existing clients 
- Working with a CRM and related data tools, develop a regular cadence to monitor targets on dashboards and A/B testing to optimize the pipeline. 
- Presenting & Proposing:
- Schedule regular meetings with prospects and clients to discover needs & present recommendations.
- Coordinate with asset, marketing, and operations teams to develop proposals
- Work with Excel & Power Point templates. 
- Present compelling pitches to audiences of 1-10 people
- Listen and answer questions from clients with a consultative approach and have the ability to think on your feet. 
- Negotiating & Closing Deals: 
- Develop trusting relationships through consultative selling.
- Listen to needs, address objections, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining price integrity. 
- Ensure Client Success:
- Shepard successful campaigns through each stage of activation. 
- Liaise with Operations to troubleshoot any issues.
- Explain media measurement methodologies 
- Confidently ask for renewals and turn test buyers into repeat business.
