Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven experience in media planning.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns including broadcast, OOH, and digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience in consumer-facing mass media campaigns is a plus.
- A passion for emerging marketing technologies and industry trends.
- Experience working in financial institutions or large matrix organizations is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complex full-funnel media plans aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including broadcast, OOH, and digital media.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and gather campaign performance data.
- Analyze campaign performance reports and media insights to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Adjust and reallocate resources based on data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and deliverables for all campaigns.
