Strategic Media Planning Specialist

Experience with integrated campaigns (digital, social, OOH, TV) with an Agency Required

Hybrid, West LA

Pay $55/hr (w2)

3 months, high potential to extend

We’re looking for a Strategic Planning Specialist to join our growing team and help drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through integrated media strategies. This role partners closely with marketing, media, creative, and analytics teams to turn insights into actionable plans across digital, social, OOH, and more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop data-driven, cross-channel media strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage campaign execution
  • Analyze performance and deliver insights and recommendations
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on media mix, audience targeting, and messaging

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of media strategy/planning experience (agency background preferred)
  • Experience with integrated campaigns (digital, social, OOH, TV)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently

Bonus:

  • Background in comms or audience strategy
  • Experience with syndicated tools (MRI, comScore), social listening, and campaign reporting
