Title: Media Supervisor, Planner

As a Media Supervisor, your role will involve leading the media team to deliver effective and innovative creative media solutions. You will be responsible for driving the overall communication objectives and strategic direction for clients in partnership with the Media Director. . The ideal candidate has a media planning background, has experience working in a start-up or mid-sized company and can manage several client accounts at a time.

Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Salary $90k - $100k (DOE) + benefits
Clients they work with include CPG, Food & Bev, tech, ecommerce and more

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Development & Management:
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to the media team.
- Conduct interviews, hire new team members, mentor and train them.
- Allocate work assignments to ensure efficient operations.

2. Account Oversight:
- Set high standards for creativity, strategic rigor, and account management within the team.
- Produce work that achieves client goals and gains industry recognition.
- Clearly communicate key media deliverables in terms of accountability and performance.

3. Client Management & Strategic Insight:
- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
- Maintain an active presence in internal and client meetings.
- Formulate long-term strategy plans that generate measurable results.

4. Media Expertise & Agency Contribution:
- Use expertise to chart a path towards achieving client objectives.
- Actively participate in new business pitches when required by the CEO.
- Stay informed about key developments/trends/issues in media.
- Must have 4 years of experience as a Media Planner in a media agency with experience managing other team members.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience as a media leader with a track record of delivering strategic insights and effective media solutions. You should also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong analytical thinking abilities. Additionally, you must possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, vendors, clients, etc.
