Menswear Account Executive:

Working within the Wholesale division of Menswear Apparel business reporting to the Head of Menswear.  

Account Executive Roles and Responsibilities: 

•    Managing and maintaining relationships with trustees across the US including some key account within the trustee profile
•    Present seasonal collections with an objective of reaching sales plans and targets
•    Sourcing new business to further the portfolio 
•    Working alongside Design and Production on product strategy and development of Collections
•    Liaising with Allocators, Planning & Operations department on a daily basis to resolve any issues pertaining to trustees

•    Establish relationships with trustees and encourage repeat business throughout the season. 
•    Seasonal market order and in-season reorder entry into operating system
•    Liaising with trustees on style fallout & style/color code changes
•    Actioning on sample requests from trustees
•    Oversee sales and overall business trends for menswear’s in partnership with the Head of Sales, Menswear
•    Organize best and worst seller’s meetings at the end of every season to feedback sales results and any issues that have arisen throughout the selling season
•    Attend sales meetings weekly throughout the season to feedback to the team on any outstanding issues, problematic trustees, good news and other general information that needs to be shared amongst the team
•   Throughout the year you will be required to attend various product development meetings reviewing protos, fabrics, prints, fits and pricing
•   Work alongside Planning to understand annual/seasonal sales targets and trustee plans
•    Work alongside Buying/Merchandising on product strategy and seasonal style add requests 
•    Work with the Allocating team daily to answer trustee queries and liaise with the Finance team regularly with regards to credit issues, and setting up of new trustee accounts
Store visits  
•    Supporting sales growth by branching stores and conducting product knowledge seminars
•    Forging relationships with regional and district managers at key locations

Showroom Maintenance 
•    Showroom standards and merchandising 
•    Sample tracking
•    Acquire new contacts
•    Network with other brands and knowledge of other brands
•    Weekly selling reports 
•    Liaise with specialists
•    Keep a monthly spreadsheet of each store and track their numbers
•    Keep a log of discounts 

Account Executive Key Responsibilities: 

•    3-4 years experience within a wholesale environment preferably an advanced contemporary/designer brand with established relationships with department stores
•    Good knowledge of the wholesale marketplace, high street and fashion trends 
•    Strong computer skills are required in Excel, Word and Outlook 
•    NuOrder, CIMS & AX - No experience required, training as and when
