Title: Photographer / Multimedia Designer (Videographer experience is a PLUS)
Reports to: Creative Marketing Vice President

Position Summary:
Are you an experienced photographer with videography skills that would be excited to build a studio from the ground up? Do you want to bring your creative ideas and flair for marketing to life? This position works within the Creative Marketing department to conceptualize, create and produce marketing campaigns used to promote brands across all channels. The ideal candidate will utilize photography and videography for large outdoor furniture products using a variety of techniques to transform our digital assets and create content to reach our marketing goals.

Photography Videogrpahy Responsibilities:
• Assist in building a photo studio from ground up and recommend equipment
• Shoot large, outdoor furniture product images utilizing both indoor studio turntable and outdoor location shoots
• Analyze, strategize and plan the composition of products and video for new products or marketing campaigns
• Scout and coordinate outdoor location shoots during summer months
• Manage schedules for all photoshoots and videography to maintain deadlines
• Plan, film and edit videos for a variety of product, explainer and glamour videos • Occasionally coordinate freelance out-of -state photographers or videographers
• Ability to retouch images and/or generate realistic image composites of products a plus
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Collaborates with creative team to plan, organize, execute and analyze assigned projects
• Monitor and update image database and upload assets to websites
• Responsible for ensuring all assets align with brand identity
• Photograph new and existing product and all company events
• Collaborate with product development team
• Troubleshoot to resolve production issues
• Prepare files for web and print • 360° photography and video equipment and experience a plus
• Drone photography a plus
• Position can work (hybrid) in Waukesha, WI or Batavia, IL location, but there will be some monthly travel between locations (1 hr and 45 min between locations).

Qualifications:
• Image editing skills including retouching and image composition knowledge
• Video editing skills including transitions, music and mic technology
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
• Meticulous about cataloging files for future projects
• Strong understanding of design and composition as it relates to print and digital marketing
• Ability to work well under deadline pressure
• Enthusiastic, creative and detailed oriented individual
• Must be flexible, self-motivated, and able to set goals and develop projects
• Very organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with the latest equipment and software technology to ensure studio has the most efficient tools
• College degree in graphic/web design, media production or related field and in-depth knowledge of graphic design and photography/videography software
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• 8–10 years’ experience in project or production management preferably in an agency or in-house creative department
