As the Multimedia Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from pre-production planning to post-production coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Production Planning: Coordinate all aspects of pre-production, including conceptualizing the shoot, hiring talent, and securing props.

  • On-Set Management: Oversee the production process, direct the shoot, and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Post-Production Coordination: Manage the selection, editing, retouching, and delivery of final images for marketing use, working closely with editors and other post-production staff to achieve desired results.
  • You will define creative strategy for new products, campaigns, and branded touchpoints, shaping the communications and expressions that we present to our customers.
  • Drive seasonal campaigns and big ideas from concept to outstanding execution. Ensure all assets are on-brand, on-strategy, and on-budget.
  • Establish creative guidelines. Continue to refine our brand identity, photography standards and voice to support our positioning and growth.
  • Manage and develop our creative team and ensure that the team is creatively inspired and motivated.
  • Creative Asset delivery (choose assets and provide overall creative direction for various marketing campaigns, email, social, digital, paid media, etc.)
