Job Title: National Account Executive
Location: Remote (U.S.-based, East Coast preferred)
Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer of jewelry and accessories looking for a New National Account Executive to join their team!
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented National Account Executive to help expand our presence across key national retail accounts. You will play a critical role in managing and growing relationships with existing partners while identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is a high-impact, remote position suited for someone with deep experience in retail account management and a strong passion for consumer brands.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day business with assigned national retail accounts (e.g., Target, Walmart, Kohls)
- Drive revenue growth through assortment expansion, promotional strategy, and operational excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail buyers, planners, and replenishment teams
- Analyze sales performance and inventory metrics to inform strategy and recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product Development) to execute retail plans and brand launches
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quarterly business reviews
- Lead new item submissions, promotional planning, and seasonal line reviews
- Forecast demand and manage orders in partnership with the operations team
- Monitor competitive activity and provide insights on industry trends
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of sales experience in apparel, accessories, or CPG, with direct retail account management experience
- Must have experience working with Target, Walmart and/or Kohls
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with retail sales reporting platforms
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
