Our client, a handcrafted women's jewelry brand is seeking a Office Assistant to join their team in Pasadena, CA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and be the first point of contact for all vistors to the office. From scheduling client appointments to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
We are looking for a self-motivated, team player to join our team. The successful applicant will have experience working in an office environment and intermediate skills with Microsoft Office. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.
Summary
- Greet customers and initiate a luxury experience
- Professional and welcoming presentation
- Ability to maintain composure in high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Answer and direct calls of multi-line phone system
- Assist with inventory counts and store open and/or close
- Gathering Samples and overseeing inventory management
- Type appraisals
- Proficient computer skills
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

Requirements
- Previous customer service/front desk experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent oral communication skills
This role is temp-to-permanent
On-site 5 days a week at their Pasadena, CA office
