We’re looking for a Performance Partner Marketing Lead to own and grow a high-impact Performance Partner Program (PPP) within a fast-moving mobile gaming environment.
This role is all about optimizing and scaling developer partnerships through performance-driven marketing. You’ll work closely with game developers, help them succeed in the program, and act as the connective tissue between partner marketing and paid media strategy—using performance insights to influence broader marketing efforts.
If you’re passionate about mobile gaming, love building partner programs, and know how to think critically about paid media performance, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day strategy and execution of the Performance Partner Program, ensuring developers are successfully onboarded, optimized, and growing.
- Evangelize the program to developers—clearly articulating the value, guiding participation, and driving long-term engagement.
- Optimize and evolve program performance by testing new strategies, tactics, and creative approaches.
- Serve as the bridge between partner marketing and paid media, translating performance insights into scalable recommendations.
- Review media plans and performance data to identify what’s working and where to improve.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with developers, acting as a strategic partner invested in their success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner campaigns align with brand and performance goals.
Note: Developer prospecting is handled by a dedicated team—this role focuses on closing, onboarding, and optimizing partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, developer marketing, digital advertising, or mobile gaming.
- Deep understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem and developer partnerships.
- Strong paid media fluency—you know how to evaluate performance, media plans, and optimization strategies.
- Experience with affiliate or performance partner programs is a plus, but not required.
- A self-starter with a tenacious, ownership-driven mindset.
- Partnership-oriented—able to sell through programs and build lasting developer relationships.
- Analytical, strategic, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment.
