Title: Account Director [Hospitality]
Overview: Seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience of PR within the travel and hospitality sectors to join our client's growing team. The successful candidate will act as senior contact for clients, managing and overseeing a PR team, and as a senior member of the agency, seek to deliver new business and grow existing accounts.
Place of Work: Hybrid - 2 days in the office (Flatiron) / 3 days working remotely 
Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9.30am-6pm including a 1 hour lunch break 

Role: As Account Director, your responsibilities would include:
- Senior contact for client accounts, managing client service and agency performance
- Overseeing media strategy and PR campaigns from creative brief to implementation and delivery
- Leading, delegating to and managing a PR team, nurturing key talent
- Developing and nurturing a wide network of senior press relationships and managing contacts with key commentators, industry spokespeople and sector influencers
- Providing support for agency growth and development of new business, winning new business and developing current client accounts
- Reporting into the key stakeholders
- Championing the company's values and brand

Key requirements:
- 5+ years of senior experience within a PR agency and the restaurant and hospitality sector
- Leadership and management skills within a PR environment, with expertise in developing talent and overseeing performance
- Excellent project management skills with strong organisational and planning skills
- A strong network and contacts with senior journalists and members of the press, adept at building relationships with key influencers and industry spokespeople
- Proven track record of successfully implemented PR campaigns for a range of restaurant and hospitality clients
- Commercial acumen and experience of developing, pitching for and winning new business
- Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Driven, ambitious and willing to contribute to the business, communicating across departments and representing PR at a senior level within the company
