Job description

PR Manager

Our client, a fast-growing agency, is seeking a sharp, adaptable, and detail-oriented PR Manager to join their team. This client-facing role plays a vital part in managing relationships, leading integrated campaigns, and driving execution across PR, influencer marketing, and creator partnerships. You’ll act as both a trusted partner to clients and a cross-functional collaborator—ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable results.

As a senior role, the PR Manager balances high-level client communication with hands-on execution. You’ll contribute to strategic planning while taking full ownership of project delivery. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creative and logistical problem-solving, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Paid Influencer Campaign Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on influencer marketing campaigns.

  • Own campaign execution from brief through delivery—tracking timelines, deliverables, and results.

  • Translate client goals into actionable briefs and project plans, ensuring internal team alignment.

  • Collaborate with creative, production, influencer, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.

  • Lead influencer and creator marketing initiatives—sourcing talent, managing communications, and aligning with platform trends and brand strategy.

  • Create and present decks, campaign recaps, and status reports.

Strategic Input & Problem-Solving

  • Support the development of campaign strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  • Recommend influencer selection, messaging, and campaign structures.

  • Troubleshoot production or timing challenges with proactive solutions.

  • Stay current on social media trends, creator marketing innovations, and cultural shifts to inform client recommendations.

Execution & Quality Control

  • Review all client-facing materials for accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.

  • Manage influencer collaborations and logistics, including contracts, timelines, content tracking, and usage rights.

  • Monitor campaign performance, delivering actionable post-campaign reports and insights.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams and creators to ensure seamless, multi-disciplinary execution.

  • Maintain organized documentation and clear communication for stakeholders.

  • Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years in PR, marketing, or creative roles with client-facing responsibilities; influencer/creator campaign management required.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication; skilled at presenting to clients.

  • Creator Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with influencer ecosystems and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.); experienced in evaluating talent, negotiating rates, and managing collaborations.

  • Organization: Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.

  • Problem-Solving: Adaptable and resourceful in navigating challenges.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and project management tools.

  • Collaborative: Works effectively in cross-functional environments.

  • Growth Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and ready for greater responsibility.
