Position: Product Assistant

Reports to: Director of Product

Qualifications and skills:
  •  1-2 Years of Experience within Product Development/Production
  • Must be highly organized with strong time management and communications skills
  • Positive can-do-attitude with a willingness and desire to grow withing the Product team; outgoing personality is key!
  • Must be proficient with using Excel and Google Suite and MAC
  • Strong attention to detail and able to take direction well and follow through to completion
  • In depth interest in process driven structure to assist in creating a streamlined work-flow
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task, while being proactive and exhibiting problem solving skills
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work in office at a full-time weekly schedule

The Product Assistant will assist the Director of Product in all stages of development and production for the product lines, with a focus on Accessories and Printables.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
  • Create and organize fabric library, while maintaining seasonal fabric chart details at all times
  • Set up and maintain vendor binders with all lab dips, strike-offs, handlooms and approval submits
  • Tracking of all vendor packages and ensuring contents are accurate per vendor submit listings
  • Prepare and set up approval items for design/product approval sessions - to be reviewed with Director
  • Accurately update and maintain all sample tracking, ensuring most current details at all times
  • Shipping and tracking all outbound samples
  • Must know how to measure garments to properly run production qc of TOP samples and QC run upon bulk arrival, if needed
  • Must be able to run errands, as needed
  • Added projects, as needed
