We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our client’s team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various projects, as well as managing the overall traffic flow within the online services department. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our online services by ensuring efficient project management and effective traffic management strategies.


1. Project Management:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end development and implementation of various projects within the online services department.
- Define project objectives, scope, timeline, and deliverables, and ensure successful execution within allocated resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to key stakeholders.

2. Traffic Management:
- Develop and implement effective traffic management strategies to optimize the flow of online services.
- Monitor website and app traffic, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align traffic management strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for traffic optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in traffic management to ensure continuous improvement.

3. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, developers, designers, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and align project and traffic management strategies with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on project status, traffic performance, and recommendations for improvement.


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within an online services or e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of traffic management techniques and strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
