Job Title: Production Designer

Location: Remote, United States
Duration: 6 month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00/hr

We’re seeking a talented Digital Production Designer to join our client’s dynamic creative team. In this key role, you’ll help bring marketing strategies and creative concepts to life by producing high-quality, digital-ready assets across various platforms. If you’re detail-obsessed, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a passion for turning ideas into execution, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:

  • Bring marketing strategies to life by crafting visually compelling creative concepts that maintain brand consistency across a range of digital platforms.

  • Design for a broad mix of formats, including integrated campaigns, landing pages, digital ads, social media graphics, emails, decks, asset libraries, and video.

  • Prepare polished, production-ready assets from finalized concepts, ensuring smooth and accurate handoffs to development and marketing partners.

  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team—art directors, writers, designers, animators, strategists, producers, and marketers—to execute cohesive campaigns.

  • Embrace feedback and revision cycles with a proactive mindset, tackling creative challenges with a flexible and solutions-oriented attitude.

  • Keep the big-picture strategy in mind while perfecting the finer details, aiming not just to complete deliverables, but to solve the underlying creative brief.

Qualifications:

  • An outstanding online portfolio showcasing multi-component campaigns and diverse digital deliverables.
  • Over 5 years of experience working within a creative team in a fast-paced agency, corporate marketing team, or startup environment.
  • Exceptional layout and branding skills, with expert knowledge of responsive web design standards.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma is a must. Experience with After Effects is a plus.
  • Ability to create detailed, accurate, and production-ready files across multiple sizes, formats, and specifications with absolute consistency and an eagle eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to meticulously follow brand standards and guidelines, preserving consistency across all brand assets.
  • Strong visual, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
