Programmatic Media Manager

Our team is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Programmatic Media Manager to lead programmatic media buying and campaign management for our internal advertisers. - Plan, set up, and execute programmatic media campaigns leveraging our DSP and other leading demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and timelines to ensure all initiatives launch on schedule and meet performance goals.
- Monitor campaign delivery, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
- Troubleshoot ad serving issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align campaign strategies with broader business objectives.
- Stay abreast of digital advertising trends, technologies, and best practices within the programmatic landscape.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic media buying.
- Hands-on proficiency with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or MediaMath.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Keen understanding of RTB (Real-Time Bidding), audience targeting, ad exchanges, and digital marketing KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
