Project Coordinator - This role is 100% onsite in IrvineCompany Overview

Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate with US office, factories, and HK team regarding shipping plans, scheduling and container consolidations
• Assist in account management of existing and new global customers
• Maintain accurate product development boards and visuals
• Attend design meetings and record meeting minutes to ensure all pertinent information is distributed to teams
• Review production and shipment samples to check for product quality consistency
• Work with design team to make development comments on incoming samples
• Assist with office management tasks; order supplies and samples as needed
• Maintain diligent communication with current factories and vendor base
• Help liaise with US office, factories, and HK team regarding development, pre-production and shipment samples
• Help manage domestic China CCC testing and factory compliance
• Help communicate with testing laboratory regarding document submissions and generic testing requests; Follow up on report status and
routine re-submissions (when the testing reports are expired)
• Liaise with US office, factories and printers on product labeling, carton markings, and carton sizing requirements
• Manage carton and product label inventory and purchasing
• Prepare, track and document incoming and outgoing samples
• Manage existing inventory of product samples and customer sample requests
• Monitor up-to-date PO status and shipment changes with factories
• Assist in the development of new concepts, designs and products
• Complete routine administrative tasks as needed
• Oversee various administrative functions
• Conduct research and compile reports and presentations for supervisors and other employees
• Support with bookkeeping tasks and record keeping as needed
• Help with the maintenance of the office facilities; organize all samples, packages, boxes and supplies in office
• Support office personnel as needed to complete urgent tasks that come up on a daily basis
Skills and Requirements
• BA/BS
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
• Relevant experience in toy or consumer products a plus
• Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office
• Flexible with changing projects and priorities; ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
• Motived and willingness to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills; goal and deadline oriented

Skills and Requirements
• BA/BS
