24 Seven is partnering with their top global sportwear client based in Portland, OR to help them find a Project Manager to join their team in this hybrid opportunity! This is a full-time, 6 month contract with potential to extend. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick time, 401K and holiday pay.Ideal Candidate: will have 5+ years of creative project management skills as well as excellent communication Skills and stellar organizational skills.
Operations: With direction from studio leadership and/or creative directors, shepherds seasonal workload and process, including calendar, project management tools, and resource allocation to ensure timelines and business objectives are met. Champions group creative efforts, maintaining relationships with internal groups and outside groups where collaborative relationships benefits the brand, marketing, and the creative process.
Project Management: Oversees seasonal workload by assigning projects to creative staff and outside agencies as needed. Influences project direction by acting as integral part of creative studio team. Mentor others by sharing business and process expertise.
Liaison: Represent assigned area of responsibility in a management and professional capacity within the creative studio function and to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with other managers within the creative studio(s) and across the matrix to increase efficiencies and ensure brand/creative excellence.
Process Excellence: Partner with creative leadership in the creation and implementation of creative processes, creative team building, capacity tracking, and overall creative-related needs, always promoting excellence in brand and creative executions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in creative project management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations; ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management.
- Comfortable working in a high-paced environment with a self-starter attitude, and ability to bring clarity and organization to complex projects that are on tight timelines.
- Demonstrated project management and process excellence.
