We are looking for a Recruiter to join our client’s team in this fully remote contract position. To start, this is a 12 week contract with high potential to extend or convert to a fulltime position. Must be located in the PST time zone.
Ideal Candidate: will have 5–10 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, with proven success managing non-exempt roles from sourcing through hire.
Responsibilities:
Manage 8–10 requisitions at a time across corporate and center functions
Support hiring for Marketing, Finance, HR, other corporate roles, center staffing (hourly), and field leadership (Center Directors, District Leaders, Regional VPs)
Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, advise on process, and support workforce planning
Build and maintain candidate pipelines; proactively source and engage passive talent
Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and debrief sessions with hiring teams
Drive the offer process, including negotiation and closing candidates
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to develop effective staffing strategies
Contribute to special staffing projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
