Our client, an innovative and forward-thinking organization is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full cycle hiring efforts for high-volume roles within our Manufacturing and Warehouse divisions. This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for positions such as Facilities Lead, Machine Operators, Production Line Mechanic, Warehouse Lead, and Transportation Drivers. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business and HR leaders to deliver a seamless recruiting experience while driving initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition strategies and operational excellence.
Position Details
Location: Corona, CA 92879
Schedule: Four days onsite with one remote day per week
Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
Requirement: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an efficient process and a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates through various recruiting methods and platforms.
- Lead and execute talent acquisition projects, including interview training and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate offers, pre-employment processes, and onboarding activities.
- Represent the company at career fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events.
- Maintain accurate employee data, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Provide administrative HR support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Sign; familiarity with ATS, CMS, and HRIS systems.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
