Job description

Reporting into the Global VP of Human Resources based in California. This UK based role is at their HQ in Cambridge and is essential to the continued success of the organization.

This is a Fantastic opportunity to join an incredible company who are looking for a hands-on, well-organized, incredibly proactive, positive Director, HR EMEA who is ready to hit the ground running and bring ideas to the team.

This candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR processes in the EMEA offices. Including - people operations, benefits, compensation, perks, payroll, statutory reporting, performance reviews, and maintenance of the organization's HRIS and other projects as required.

Duties to Include:

  • Nurture the health of EMEA HR team to ensure the development, improvement and implementation of HR processes to oversee employee growth, performance, happiness and overall satisfaction

  • Managing and development of the EMEA based regional HR team, while coordinating with global HRBPs to improve the consulting services provided to internal customers

  • Develop and oversee a world-class onboarding experience for new employees

  • You improve the management of the benefits partners. Compliance topics like statutory reporting and external payroll and pension audits are also part of your responsibility.

  • Together with your team, you are responsible for handling all processes in operational HR management, including compensation and benefits, along the entire employee life cycle, thus ensuring a positive employee experience

  • Working closely with the HR Business partners to improve the support for the team based in the Americas.

The below would be advantageous:

  • International HR experience required, key markets Germany, UK, and Poland. Other countries are the Netherlands, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Ukraine and Serbia.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with proven experience in matters related to payroll, data administration, and labor law

  • Experienced in working in a clear operating model and efficient processes. Organized and structured way of working, hands-on problem solver, excellent attention to detail

  • Hands-on experience with global HRIS tools would be beneficial, preferably UKG PRO

  • Fluency in English and German required, other European languages preferred
