Our software client based in the Dallas area is searching Sales Development Representives to join thier team. You will join their structured, high-performance sales academy that has been designed to develop modern outbound sellers. This is not a “smile and dial” role, it’s a coaching-driven environment where you’ll learn how to build a pipeline strategically, run value-based discovery, and generate meaningful revenue impact. This role follows a clear, milestone-driven path designed to prepare you for promotion into closing roles. Responsibilities
Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume, high-quality multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, and video).
Conduct concise, value-driven discovery conversations that uncover business pain and align solutions to prospect needs.
Secure high-intent meetings that convert into real revenue opportunities.
Partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to execute targeted campaigns and strategic plays.
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce — tracking activity, managing sequences, and forecasting pipeline accurately.
Actively participate in coaching, call reviews, and weekly enablement sessions to sharpen your craft.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (internships welcome)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity, coachability, and grit — you want feedback and use it
Comfort working toward KPIs and performance metrics
Exposure to Salesforce (Outreach, Gong, or similar tools a plus)
Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS, multi-product solution selling, or the real estate/PropTech space
