Well-known Orange County based company is seeking a strategic Sales Director - Partnerships & Sponsorship to join the team. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record within sales, ability to develop and secure mutually beneficial relationships with key companies and drive revenue.
This role is based in Orange County
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Identify areas for partnerships and sponsorships as well as ideal companies to partner with across a variety of industries
- Ensure target companies align with company’s objectives and values
- Create compelling proposals which benefit both parties
- Lead all contract negotiations
- Continue to serve as main point of contact for sponsors, adhere to pre-determined timelines and ensure deliverables meet / exceed expectations
- Continuously analyze results in order to adjust as needed
- Manage all budgets and expenses for related projects
- Present to key internal stakeholders on a monthly basis highlighting key accomplishments and pipeline
- Superior communication, organization and relationship building skills
- Must have creative and effective sales strategies
- A self-starter who is hungry and driven to continuously outperform
- 10+ years sales experience
This role requires working onsite in the office as well as traveling as needed. The compensation for this position is base + commission. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications but is generally in the $100-130K range.
