Pay Rate: $24-25/hr
Onsite Location: Burlingame Outlet
Stock Associate Description:
As a Stock Associate you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and maintaining a positive work environment. You will work closely with the Stock Lead, Stock Supervisor, and Store Manager to ensure that back-of-house operations, inventory management, and customer satisfaction are optimized. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Stock Lead and Stock Supervisor to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stock room.
Assist with inbound inventory sorting and consolidating.
Support inventory ticketing and retail floor replenishment processes.
Help manage inventory for incoming shipments.
Communicate relevant information to Store Managers.
Assemble, test, and disassemble store items and other decorations.
Wrap and package larger items into boxes/storage bags and assist in loading items into customers' vehicles.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in stock or warehouse management.
Previous experience in managing stock room or warehouse operations.
Honest, enthusiastic, and hard-working, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor or warehouse floor for extended periods of time.
Capability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 40 lb., using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
