Our client, a Global Digital Creative Agency, is looking to bring on a Senior Account Manager in their New York office.
As the Senior Account Manager you will be a key component of the Client Services team, working closely with our US clients to develop successful digital programs.
Our ideal candidate is an expert in the digital and social media landscape and can prove a strategic understanding to deliver solution oriented approaches to clients’ business challenges. .
Senior Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
? Provide excellent relationships with key clients, for social media strategy, influencer marketing and digital innovation.
? Operate as the senior point of contact for assigned accounts
? Think strategically to understand clients’ business goals and devise strategies to drive opportunities for growth for the client and revenue for the agency.
? Drives program-level project management with strong attention to details to ensure deliverables are produced on time, on budget, and to client’s specifications in collaboration with other internal departments.
? Forecast and track client account metrics and analytics resulting from marketing campaigns.
Senior Account Manager Qualifications:
? 4+ years working as an Account Manager in an agency environment or as a Manager within a Digital focused department at a Lifestyle/Prestige brand.
? Proven track record leading the delivery of digital campaigns & activations for big and medium sized brands.
? Good understanding of the US market, having worked on US focused campaigns & activations Experience in the beauty, lifestyle or prestige category is a strong plus.
? Experience working with and managing influencers is preferred.
? An eye for quality content & storytelling.
? Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging and social networks.
