Our fashion client is seeking a Sr Accountant to join their NY Based team and play a pivotal role in supporting financial operations for the CFO and Controller as well as serve as a mentor to junior accountants.Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO and Controller in finance function.
- Assist CFO and Controller for the implementation of ERP and General Ledger system.
- Collaborate and assist junior staff as a resource and mentor in technical areas Implement and document controls and processes to increase efficiency.
- Major responsible areas include inventory, revenue, cash, accounts receivable/payable.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Public accounting experience is a plus
- Degree in accounting.
- CPA License a plus.
- Experience with AS400, BlueCherry ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
