Job description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Copywriter to join our forward-thinking creative team. This role is designed for a seasoned wordsmith with extensive experience in developing high-impact copy and content across various platforms. The Senior Copywriter will play a crucial role in crafting compelling narratives, driving creative strategies for comprehensive 360 campaigns, and ensuring all communications are perfectly aligned with our brand and marketing objectives. You will have the opportunity to own and lead aspects of creative strategy and drive process improvements.
 This is management position - Proven experience in managing a team of copywriters is crucial. Day to day responsibility will include mentoring, providing support and guidance to help copy team develop their skills and reach their full potential. Ability to offer constructive feedback, conduct regular performance reviews to support their professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate brand voice to enhance equity: Take ownership in shaping our distinct brand tone of voice that clearly reflects our brand's personality, values and resonates deeply with our target audience. Ensure approach is creatively disruptive to cut through the noise to build brand equity and set new benchmarks in the industry.
  • Develop High-Level Copy and Content: Create persuasive and engaging copy for diverse platforms, including digital, print, social media, and other marketing channels. Your work will shape our brand voice, delivering messages that connect with and captivate our target audiences.
  • Creative Strategy and Ownership: Take ownership of key aspects of creative strategy, including the development of integrated strategies for 360-degree campaigns. This involves not only crafting compelling copy but also leading strategic thinking to align content with broader campaign goals. You will drive the strategic direction, ensuring all creative output supports and amplifies our marketing objectives. Work closely with senior leadership to define and refine creative strategies that push the envelope and deliver measurable results.
  • Consistency Across all communication channels: Oversee implementation of a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
  • Narrative Crafting: Utilize your storytelling expertise to develop captivating narratives that draw in audiences and drive engagement. Tailor content to support both overarching campaign themes and specific marketing objectives, addressing various stages of the customer journey.
  • Content Strategy and Direction: Provide strategic guidance on content planning and direction. Ensure that all content aligns with our brand’s identity and marketing strategies. Your insights will help shape content development to maximize effectiveness and coherence across different platforms.
  • Campaign Experience: Apply your comprehensive experience with 360 campaigns to create and execute communications that drive marketing success. Oversee the integration of messaging across multiple channels to achieve both campaign-specific and broader marketing objectives.
  • Product Launches: Develop and execute content strategies for successful product launches. Craft compelling materials that generate excitement, effectively communicate key messages, and drive consumer interest.
  • Evergreen Content: Design and manage evergreen content that remains relevant and engaging over time. Ensure that this content continuously supports long-term marketing goals and drives ongoing value and performance.•
  • Paid Ads and Social Media: Craft persuasive ad copy strategy for various paid media campaigns and create engaging content for social media platforms. Ensure that all content aligns with overall campaign strategies and adheres to brand messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborative Execution: Partner with art directors, designers, and editors to ensure that copy is translated into high-quality final outputs. Collaborate closely to refine creative concepts, address any execution challenges, and maintain top-notch standards across all deliverables.
