Our client a private held manufacturer and supplier of medical grade therapeutic healthcare and wellness products is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. They will be leading the digital branding charge for the products across international markets.
Experience with retail brands is required for this role as well as expertise in the digital branding space. Healthcare or wellness experience preferred.
The SDMM will own:
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate with Product Development and Sales to develop both brand strategy and annual brand marketing plans. This includes business objectives, consumer and channel strategies, and translation of strategies to the consumer through the marketing mix.
- Business Results and Opportunity Assessment: Analyze market and business to identify opportunities for growth, ensure objectives are being met and adjust plans to deliver against growth agenda.
- Business Plan Optimization. Management and Execution:.
- Give focused direction to program teams to develop programs that build equity, drive household penetration, and deliver business results.
- Plan and execute digital marketing programs including, but not limited to, assortment, launch toolkits, competitive deep dives, and support of digital/social/website.
- Partner with internal teams to execute product/seasonal activations on schedule and to budget. You will also mentor and mange a small team of marketers.
- You must be onsite in Easton PA 3 days per week. This is a hybrid role.
