Senior Graphic Designer
Leading Beauty Brand seeking Senior Graphic Designers to join a leading beauty and cosmetics company. These are direct hire positions with competitive compensation and bonus potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Art Directors and design teams to transform marketing concepts into innovative packaging, displays, and collateral.
- Create compelling on-brand graphics for merchandising displays, promotional materials, brochures, mailers, magazine ads, and web banners.
- Develop product packaging concepts and mock samples in coordination with product development teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends to produce effective messaging.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Estimate costs and meet financial objectives related to design projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
- 4-6 years minimum experience in graphic design; experience with targeted or ethnic consumer goods preferred.
- Proficiency in Mac environment using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and MS Office applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, and social media marketing creative executions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Hybrid Work Schedule- 3 days in office
