We are seeking a visionary Sr Designer to lead creative initiatives across digital, influencer, and experiential channels for a mass-market beauty, fashion, or wellness brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager or Director-level creative with deep experience in advertising, social media, and influencer marketing to shape compelling visual narratives that resonate with Gen Z and trend-driven consumers.Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership: Direct the ideation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including influencer brochures, mailers, event experiences, and graphics for social media.

Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints—digital, print, packaging, retail displays, PR kits, collaborations, and swag.

Influencer & Social Innovation: Partner with the Influencer team to craft standout experiential concepts and assets that drive engagement and brand relevance.

Photo & Video Oversight: Guide art direction for shoots (model and still life), oversee retouching, and ensure content aligns with campaign storytelling.

Team Management: Supervise one direct report and oversee freelance designers to deliver high-quality creative on tight timelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Marketing, and Influencer—to ensure cohesive execution of brand campaigns.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in brand, digital design, or advertising (beauty/fashion/wellness background preferred)
- A portfolio that demonstrates trend-forward design sensibility, creative storytelling, and technical mastery
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design skills are a plus
- Keen understanding of web design best practices and social-first content creation
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- A passion for Gen Z culture, emerging trends, and translating insights into magnetic visuals
- Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
- Comfortable working in-office at least 3 days per week
