Well-known consumer products company is looking for a Senior Licensing Manager to lead all licensing efforts from initial concept and strategy through to launch and post analysis. This position plays a key role within our organization and works highly cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Ideate and strategize new licensing opportunities, develop road map to execute
- Ensure all licensing and collaboration efforts align with company goals and values
- Work cross-functionally with various internal teams including marketing, social, influencer, eCommerce, legal, finance
- Serve as central hub internally and externally for all licensing projects
- Effectively negotiate licensing deals
- Maintain highly detailed status report for all current and upcoming licensing projects
- Continuously monitor and analyze licensing projects to determine effectiveness and ways to improve
- Partner closely with marketing department to align on launch plans ensuring all tough points are cohesive
- Stay up-to-date on industry and pop culture trends in order to identify effective licensing opportunities
- 5+ years licensing experience within consumer goods / apparel / beauty
- Strong negotiation and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and shift focuses as needed in our fast paced work environment
