Senior Manager Ecommerce

Ecommerce Manager (Shopify) | Women’s Fashion Brand

We’re a fast-growing DTC women’s fashion brand with hundreds of SKUs and ~50K orders/month, looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to own our Shopify site performance end-to-end.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage all aspects of the ecommerce experience—CRO, merchandising, product pages, cart/checkout, pricing, and site optimization—while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and CX.

On Site, Calabasas

Salary starting at $120k

Salaried, full time role

What You’ll Do:

• Own day-to-day Shopify site performance
• Optimize conversion, AOV, and funnel efficiency
• Manage merchandising, collections, and product execution
• Lead campaign and product launch execution
• Analyze performance and drive data-backed improvements
• Oversee ecommerce tools, apps, and site health

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in ecommerce/DTC (fashion preferred)
• Strong Shopify experience
• Proven success improving conversion and site performance
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven
