Client Overview:

Our client is a leading cosmetics brand looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to join their team.

 

Position Overview:

In this role, you will lead strategic development of the region’s marketing roadmap, develop and oversee localized needs and serve as the advocate for North America Marketing


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the NA 360 programming, in partnership with cross functional teams and external agencies. 
  • Oversee creative budget
  • Lead 360-planning meetings with stakeholders to develop cross functional marketing plans for launches and core franchises
  • Oversee the development of major planning milestones such as region’s budget development, retailer markets etc
  • Partner with Trade Marketing and Creative to identify asset needs and communicate to Brand Development teams
  • Lead campaign and capacity planning for locally developed asset needs including social media assets, product detail page assets etc
  • Lead creative prioritization and project management between regional leads and HQ counterparts
  • Manage 1 direct report

 

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of operational marketing experience within beauty, fashion, CPG (must have beauty experience)
  • Strong interest in and awareness of current digital marketing trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver
  • Strong organizational skills; able to track multiple projects and details
