Client Overview:
Our client is a leading cosmetics brand looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to join their team.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will lead strategic development of the region’s marketing roadmap, develop and oversee localized needs and serve as the advocate for North America Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Lead the NA 360 programming, in partnership with cross functional teams and external agencies.
- Oversee creative budget
- Lead 360-planning meetings with stakeholders to develop cross functional marketing plans for launches and core franchises
- Oversee the development of major planning milestones such as region’s budget development, retailer markets etc
- Partner with Trade Marketing and Creative to identify asset needs and communicate to Brand Development teams
- Lead campaign and capacity planning for locally developed asset needs including social media assets, product detail page assets etc
- Lead creative prioritization and project management between regional leads and HQ counterparts
- Manage 1 direct report
Qualifications:
- 7 years of operational marketing experience within beauty, fashion, CPG (must have beauty experience)
- Strong interest in and awareness of current digital marketing trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and creative problem solver
- Strong organizational skills; able to track multiple projects and details
