Leading Entertainment Streamer seeking Senior to Director level Manager to drive creative strategy for high-impact paid media campaigns. You’ll lead a talented in-house team and creative agency, overseeing everything from creative concepting to campaign execution across digital channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead creative strategy and execution for all performance and biddable media channels
- Manage and mentor an internal team plus agency partners
- Oversee creative testing, asset production, trafficking, and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and media leads to optimize campaigns
- Champion best-in-class creative that resonates with our audience
- Keep projects organized and moving in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing/media/creative management
- Expertise in paid social, programmatic, and YouTube campaigns
- A/B or multivariate testing know-how
- Hands-on skills with design software (Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Keen creative instincts and attention to detail
