Senior Producer (Contract, Remote)

Our client, a marketing and communications agency that specializes in the Life Science and Biopharma space, is looking for a freelance Producer/Project Manager to join their team, starting immediately, through Mid-February 2026. The role will be remote (potential for travel to one sheet, TBD), and hours can range from 15-20 per week.
Role and Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Coordinating a small photoshoot that iss coming up in mid-February in Orlando.
• Additionally, manage post-production on commercial that is underway.
• Must be able to handle things independently.
• Generally – Producer/Studio PM responsibilities: true Studio (Video/Photoshoot) Producer/Project Manager to oversee the existing and upcoming work, including and not limited to: managing budgets, timelines, delivery, etc.
• **Pharma experience is very much preferred
