Client Overview: Our client is a communications and public relations agency specializing in media relations, brand strategy, and digital marketing services for diverse clients.

**You must have experience in the travel PR space to be considered for this role.

Role Overview: We are looking for an accomplished Senior Publicist to lead comprehensive PR campaigns within the luxury hospitality sector. This full-time position requires a skilled professional adept at securing premier media placements and fostering influential relationships with top-tier editors in travel and lifestyle media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted PR and marketing strategies tailored to luxury hospitality clients across multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain strong editorial connections with leading publications such as Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, and others.
  • Create engaging press materials including releases, pitches, and client communications that reflect client brand stories.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions ensuring effective account oversight and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver detailed analytics and reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PR efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Lead innovation in pitch development for new business acquisition and client expansion.
  • Oversee global media relations initiatives aimed at elevating visibility for luxury travel brands.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of PR agency experience focused on hospitality or travel industries.
  • Proven track record managing PR campaigns for upscale hotels and luxury travel brands.
  • Strong existing relationships with influential editors in prominent print, digital, and broadcast outlets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing integrated communications strategies.
  • Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset for strategic problem-solving and campaign development.

Location: Remote

  • NY area preferred for events and in-person dinners
  • 25% travel
