Job Title: Social Content Creator

Location: Onsite in Dublin, California
Duration: Fulltime, direct-hire position
Pay Rate: $75,000-$85,000/year

Role Overview:

The Social Content Creator Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for creating, producing, and publishing engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media, this role translates trends, campaigns, and brand priorities into high-quality content that elevates our social presence.

Working across short-form video, static imagery, motion, and text, the Social Content Creator Specialist collaborates closely with internal teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate is trend-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting with audiences in fresh, authentic ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce social-first content (video, imagery, motion) for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Lead content creation end-to-end: ideation, scripting/storyboarding, logistics, shooting, editing, and delivery.

  • Partner with the social team to spot trends, cultural moments, and engagement opportunities.

  • Craft engaging, platform-specific captions and messaging that reflect brand voice.

  • Support creative development, capture, and editing for campaigns and activations.

  • Generate original content ideas designed to drive engagement and viral potential.

  • Manage special social initiatives from concept through execution.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience creating social content, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and what drives engagement on each.

  • Excellent concept development and storytelling skills, with a passion for creating on-brand content that aligns with cultural trends.

  • Demonstrated ability to transform ideas into engaging visuals, including video, imagery, and copy.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).

  • Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools for rapid content production.

  • Portfolio showcasing creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and social-first execution.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
