Beauty/Wellness company seeking a Social/Content Creator to join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand.
Responsibilities:
? Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, aligned with brand voice and aesthetic.
? Develop and execute content strategies that increase engagement, drive traffic, and boost conversions across all social channels.
? Produce a variety of content, including photos and videos that showcase brands products and brand in a compelling and effective way.
? Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute content ideas that resonate with our target audience and support campaign goals.
? Create and optimize video ad creatives, ensuring they are thumb-stopping, on-brand, and designed to convert.
? Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and effective.
? Work closely with UGC creators, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their content aligns with brand direction.
? Edit and optimize content for different platforms, ensuring each piece is tailored to the specific audience and format requirements.
? Analyze content performance data to refine strategies and continuously improve engagement and reach.
The ideal candidate has:
? 1+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital content across multiple platforms.
? Proven expertise in creating ad content, with a solid understanding of what drives conversions and engagement in paid social media campaigns.
? Proficiency in using social media tools and content creation software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
? Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
? Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand voice and storytelling.
? Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
