24 Seven is partnering with a global sportswear company based in Portland, OR to help them find a Social Media Analyst to join their team! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with great benefits. This is a hybrid position, working Tues-Thurs onsite in Beaverton, OR. 

Ideal Candidate: will have 5+ years’ experience in social media strategy/ analysis, digital marketing, and/or content strategy as well as being familiar with the media, marketing and digital advertising landscape. 

Job Description:
You will be tasked with identifying opportunities in the client’s social media data to deliver actionable insights – using social listening tools, data analytics platforms and native social platform tools (IG Insights, YouTube Analytics, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). This role requires someone who is able to work cross functionally with a variety of teams, including brand managers, marketing scientists and data teams to shape strategic recommendations that will inform the future landscape of social marketing content. 

Responsibilities:
•    Works closely with social listening data to synthesize observations using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
•    Present analyses and findings to category social managers and global social stakeholders, as well as develop and maintain relationships with them in order to stay up to date and understand each channel strategy and overarching goals.
•    Will be working to recommend and execute A/B test plans and analytical approaches that help the client understand what concepts and/ or ideas resonate best with target audiences.
•    Experience with building out dashboards that lead to effective campaign reporting and tactical learnings based on social media campaign objectives.
•    Storytelling your way through social media trends and datasets.

Qualifications:
•    BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
•    5+ years’ experience in social media strategy/ analysis, digital marketing, and/or content strategy
•    An understanding of the media, marketing and digital advertising landscape
•    Experience with creative storytelling, synthesizing channel insights, and the ability to bring consumer data to life for marketing stakeholders
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Former agency experience (digital media) strongly encouraged to assist in navigating client/ agency stakeholder asks and projects
•    Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail
•    Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment; proven track record working across complex cross-functional teams
