Job Description
Seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media & Brand Partnerships Director to support a lifestyle personality and podcast across key digital platforms. This role will lead the development and execution of social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok, with a strong focus on real-time content, daily storytelling, and behind-the-scenes coverage of personal events, photoshoots, and podcast production.
You’ll manage content from ideation to publication—often on same-day timelines—and play a key role in amplifying the talent’s brand voice. You’ll also oversee brand partnerships end-to-end, including ideation, negotiation, and execution. This position includes close collaboration with internal brand teams to support integrated campaigns and product launches.
This role requires frequent in-person presence (approximately 4x/week) at events, shoots, and office days, with availability for real-time content capture and social story management. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, aligning content with overarching brand goals.
Post daily stories and real-time content, including coverage of live events, press appearances, and photoshoots.
Produce and publish feed posts and TikToks, often on same-day timelines to maximize engagement.
Provide on-site support and content coverage for podcast recording days, ensuring timely story and feed coverage.
Develop and execute social strategy for the podcast across platforms, optimizing reach and engagement for each episode.
Capture behind-the-scenes content at press events, shoots, and activations to extend brand storytelling.
Brand Partnerships
Lead end-to-end management of brand deals, including ideation, negotiation, content creation, and execution.
Serve as the primary liaison between talent and agencies/brand partners, ensuring alignment with brand voice and deliverables.
Manage affiliate and collaboration programs, including quarterly gift guides and weekly curated product edits.
Liaise with brands for gifting opportunities and product seeding.
Coordinate with PR teams to craft, edit, and deliver written interview responses on behalf of the talent.
Cross-Brand Collaboration
Partner with internal brand teams to ideate and execute product launch campaigns across both personal and brand channels.
Support integrated content moments that highlight lifestyle, product, and partnership alignment.
Office & Event Presence
Attend press events, photoshoots, and office days (approximately 4x/week) to capture and create content.
Serve as on-call social media support for real-time story management and engagement.
