Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand objectives and campaign launches.
- Plan and manage content calendars across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Write engaging, on-brand copy tailored to each platform and audience.
- Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform timely, relevant content.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement to foster brand conversation and loyalty.
- Content Creation & Production
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to concept and produce social-first content (static, video, UGC, influencer partnerships).
- Support photoshoots and video shoots; assist in producing short-form content optimized for social.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and aesthetic.
- Track content performance, provide reporting, and recommend improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Ecomm, Sales, and Design teams to support launches and integrated campaigns.
- Partner with influencer and PR teams to amplify brand visibility across social.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content (TikTok/Reels) required.
