Job Title: Social Media Associate Creative Director

What You’ll Do:
Lead the creative vision for a culturally relevant, commerce-driven brand, using social platforms as the primary canvas.
Set and execute the creative direction for everyday social and major campaigns, including product drops, launches, and collaborations.
Develop platform-native ideas that balance storytelling, performance, and best-in-class social execution across Meta, TikTok, X, and emerging channels.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of designers, writers, editors, and creators.
Transform product releases into moments of entertainment that build hype, shape demand, and spark conversation.
Partner closely with strategy, production, marketing, and e-commerce teams to deliver work that drives relevance and social KPIs.
Push creative boundaries through new formats, aesthetics, and culturally resonant ideas.
Champion high creative standards, from concept through execution, ensuring exceptional craft and taste.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in advertising, social, or content, with deep expertise in fashion and sports; 4+ years leading teams.
A conceptual thinker with a strong art/design background.
Highly hands-on and able to take ideas from concept to finished, social-ready execution.
Deep understanding of social platforms, cultural moments, and commerce-driven storytelling.
A portfolio showcasing culturally resonant, socially native, and beautifully crafted work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., communications, arts, graphic design).
Knowledge of and enthusiasm for AI-powered creative tools.
